Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PrestoBills, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to use PrestoBills for creating, managing, and sending invoices for your business purposes. This license includes:

• Creating and managing invoices
• Storing client information
• Generating and downloading PDF invoices
• Sending invoices via email

This license shall not allow you to:

• Modify or copy our software
• Reverse engineer the platform
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transfer the software to another person or entity
• Use the service for illegal purposes

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of PrestoBills, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Free Tier

The free tier provides limited access so you can evaluate the product before paying. After your free allowance is exhausted, continued use of paid features requires upgrading to a paid plan.

Paid Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period; no further charges will be made after that
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

All payments are final

All payments made to PrestoBills are final and non-refundable. By initiating any paid subscription, plan upgrade, or one-time charge, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• Monthly and annual subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period and are not refunded under any circumstances, including cancellation, downgrade, account closure, non-use, or dissatisfaction
• We do not pro-rate, partially refund, or issue credit for unused days, weeks, or months remaining in any billing period
• Fees paid for any add-on, premium feature, plan upgrade, or one-time purchase are likewise final
• You waive any right to initiate a chargeback, dispute, reversal, or third-party refund claim against PrestoBills, and you agree that any such claim made in violation of these Terms is a material breach
• The free tier exists specifically so you can evaluate the service before paying — it is your responsibility to do so before subscribing

The only exception to this no-refund policy is where a refund is mandated by applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction. In such cases, the refund issued will be the minimum amount strictly required by that law.

5. Usage Limits

Each subscription tier has specific usage limits:

• Free: 7-day trial with full access
• Pro: Unlimited invoices

We reserve the right to enforce these limits and suspend accounts that violate them.

6. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create using PrestoBills, including invoices and client data. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and process your content to provide the service
• Create backups of your data
• Display your content as necessary for service functionality

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use PrestoBills to:

• Create fraudulent or misleading invoices
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with other users' access to the service
• Use the service for spam or unsolicited communications

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of PrestoBills is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take data protection seriously and implement industry-standard security measures.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to:

• Perform scheduled maintenance
• Make emergency updates
• Modify or discontinue features

10. Intellectual Property

PrestoBills and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the service will cease immediately
• You may request a data export within 30 days
• We may delete your data after 30 days

12. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PrestoBills be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

13. Invoice Accuracy and Your Responsibility

PrestoBills is a tool that generates invoice documents based on the inputs you provide. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, and tax compliance of every invoice you create, save, send, or otherwise issue through the service.

Before sending any invoice to a recipient, you agree that you will personally and carefully review:

• The invoice number, issue date, due date, and currency
• The recipient's name, billing address, email address, and any other client-identifying information
• Every line item: description, quantity, unit price, and computed amount
• Subtotals, individual tax line amounts, total tax, and the final invoice total
• The tax types, tax rates, and tax-collection obligations applied to the invoice, and whether they match your jurisdiction and the recipient's
• Bank account details, crypto wallet addresses, network selections, and any other payment instructions
• Notes, footer text, and any other free-text fields included on the invoice

PrestoBills provides automated calculations as a convenience only. We do not warrant that any calculation, tax computation, currency conversion, rounded amount, or summary value displayed in the service is correct for any particular jurisdiction, business situation, or use case. Displayed values may differ from underlying values due to rounding, formatting, or currency-precision rules. It is your responsibility to verify every figure before sending.

PrestoBills takes no responsibility for the contents of any invoice generated, stored, or sent through the service, including without limitation for: incorrect amounts; incorrect or missing taxes; misapplied currencies; mistaken recipients; misdirected payments resulting from typos or wrong wallet/bank details; failure to comply with invoicing, VAT, sales-tax, GST, withholding, or other tax-collection requirements in any country; failure to comply with any other regulatory, accounting, or record-keeping obligation; reputational harm caused by an erroneous invoice; or any dispute between you and the recipient.

PrestoBills is not your accountant, bookkeeper, tax advisor, lawyer, or compliance officer, and the service does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. You are responsible for consulting qualified professionals where appropriate. If you discover an error in an invoice you have already sent, it is your responsibility to correct it with the recipient and to keep accurate records of any corrections.

14. Disclaimer

PrestoBills is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

Without limiting the foregoing, PrestoBills makes no representations or warranties about:

• The accuracy or correctness of any invoice, calculation, tax computation, total, currency conversion, or stored payment detail
• The legal validity, enforceability, or regulatory acceptability of any invoice generated through the service in any jurisdiction
• The deliverability or read-receipt status of any email-sent invoice
• The continuous availability, security, or error-free operation of the service

We accept no responsibility for any consequence — financial, legal, regulatory, reputational, or otherwise — arising out of or related to the invoices you create with the service, the contents of those invoices, or the actions of any party who receives an invoice from you. Your sole and exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
